By using fully automated new production lines, we are able to ensure the highest quality of the products we offer.
The production lines are equipped with vibrating screens using 3 mm sieves.
Additionally, at the final stage of the production process – DUMPING into the collective packaging, METTLER TOLEDO SAFELINE ST metal detectors are used.
Ultra-high frequency operation and multi-frequency technology combined with new programming algorithms enable the signals generated by any metal contaminants to be identified and amplified for easier detection and removal.
T Series and ST Series detectors are able of detecting particles of all ferrous and non-ferrous metals (including aluminum and non-magnetic stainless steel) with a diameter of less than 0.5 mm.
